Part Time:
Wright State's Nutter Center has a large part-time workforce used to staff events. Openings
will be posted here when available. Traditionally, we hire once per year, in the
beginning of September.

- No felony convictions
- Communication Skills
- Personality
Ticket Takers:

Ticket Takers greet patrons and ensure efficient access for ticket holders into the facility. Ticket Takers will operate ticket scanning equipment, provide directions,
answer questions, and provide a welcoming environment for all patrons. Hours are
event driven and are mostly evenings and weekends.
Ushers:

Ushers will greet and assist patrons in finding their seats, answer questions, provide
directions, assist physically challenged patrons, and be available to the guests
in their area. Hours are event driven and are mostly evenings and weekends.
Ticket Sellers:

Ticket sellers assist patrons with ticket purchases, answer questions in person and over the telephone, and provide
a positive purchasing experience for our guests. Ticket sellers utilize the Ticketmaster computerized ticketing system. Ticket sellers must have previous cash handling experience. Hours are event driven and are mostly evenings and weekends.
Parking:

Our Parking staff directs traffic, answers questions, places traffic control devices,
and collects parking fees (among other duties). Hours are event driven and are mostly
evenings and weekends.
Guest Services:

The Guest Services department requires staff with advanced knowledge of the facility
and a proven track record of exceptional customer service. Typically the Guest
Services staff is hired from within. If you have Guest Services experience in a
sports & entertainment environment, you may also be a good candidate. Hours are event
driven and are mostly evenings and weekends.
Operations:

The Operations staff are primarily responsible for the setup and tear down of events.
Hours are determined by event schedule and may include any time of day, on any day
of the week. This is a manual labor intensive position.
Security:
Security is contracted out to Ohio Entertainment Security.
